Referral Discount Structure

Referring Customer

For each successful referral, the referring customer will receive a one-time discount on their next one-time purchase (One-time Consultation or CustomCare Plan).

For monthly recurring subscription (StrategicSync), the referring customer will receive a lifetime discount on their subscription fees for as long as they remain subscribed, starting from the following billing cycle.

The coupon code will be provided to the referring customer via email once the referred customer makes a purchase.

The discount amount is tiered based on the number of successful referrals:

1 Referral: 10% off

2 Referrals: 15% off

3 or more Referrals: 20% off


Referred Customer

Referred customers will also receive a 10% discount on their initial purchase, and for monthly recurring subscriptions (StrategicSync), they will enjoy a lifetime discount on their subscription fees for as long as they remain subscribed.

Referred customers will receive a 10% discount coupon code during the introduction, applicable to their initial purchase.

Conditions for Referral Bonus

The referring customer is eligible for the referral bonus once the referred customer makes their first purchase (One-time Consultation or CustomCare Plan) or subscribes to a monthly recurring plan (StrategicSync).

The referred customer must make a qualifying purchase for the referring client to receive the one-time discount (or a lifetime discount for their monthly subscription).

If the referring customer has been granted a perpetual discount for their monthly subscription, it remains in effect until they choose to terminate their subscription. Upon cancelation, the discount will no longer apply and will be forfeited.

The referral count will be reset each time you redeem a discount. Referring customers can continue to earn additional discounts for each new successful referral.

Redemption of Referral Bonus

The referring and referred customers will receive a unique coupon code for their discount. This code can be applied during the checkout process for one of the following:
- One-time Consultation (One-time payment)
- CustomCare Plan (One-time payment)
- StrategicSync Subscription (Recurring payments)

For monthly recurring subscriptions, the referring customers will be able to re-subscribe with a lifetime discount starting from the next billing cycle (for the referred customers, they can apply it during their initial subscription).

Cancelation and Changes

In the event of a referred customer canceling their subscription, the referring customer's referral count will not be affected.

Referral bonuses are subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of OptimizeHub LLC.

OptimizeHub LLC may modify the referral bonus program without prior notification to participants.
